Histoire
Kudo was founded in 1981 by Takashi Azuma as Daido Juku karate and took the name kudo in 2001. It is a hybrid martial art: full-contact punches and kicks, headbutts and elbows, throws and short ground fighting.
Fighters wear a gi with a full-face clear helmet and hand protection, which allows head punches with safety.
