Biomechanics: what the body does
The attacker’s arms are laced around the opponent’s neck with the opponent’s lower arm trapped straight inside the hold, as in a front headlock. The attacker then turns the opponent and drapes the legs over the opponent’s back. The weight of the legs pressing down adds to the squeeze of the arms and tightens the choke.
