Two-handed staff strike
Appears in 5 arts.
Biomechanics: what the body does
The long staff is held with both hands: one hand acts as the pivot and the other as the lever, so a short pull and push between the hands produces a fast, wide movement at the tip. Hip rotation and stepping add power.
