Biomechanics: what the body does
A jumping spin kick in which the same leg takes off, kicks and lands. The other leg drives the body up and round, then pulls in so the kicking leg can strike in mid-air at the end of the turn. It needs strong hip rotation and a tight, upright body in the air.
