Biomechanics: what the body does

A rear sacrifice throw, close to the wrestling suplex. The thrower steps in under the opponent’s arm, lowers the body, puts one foot past the opponent’s hip and the other between the legs, with one hand on the back of the belt and the other on the abdomen. Pushing up with hands and hips, the thrower drops the shoulders back towards the mat and the opponent goes over the thrower’s shoulder.
